1. 3-Day Return Window

You have 3 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 3 days, we will unfortunately not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain products are Non-Returnable for hygiene or safety reasons. These include:

  • Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Items that show signs of wear, tear, or damage after delivery.

4. Refund Process & Inspection

Our refund process is strictly based on a quality check:

  • Return Pickup: Once your return request is accepted, a pickup will be scheduled.
  • Quality Inspection: After the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a thorough inspection.
  • Approval: A refund will only be initiated after the product passes the inspection and is confirmed to be in its original condition.
  • Credit: Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank account). You will receive the credit within 5-7 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our WhatsApp Support or email us with your Order ID and photos of the product.
